Free cancellation
Cancelling is free within five minutes of booking, at any time before your pro confirms, and up to 24 hours before the job’s time window starts.
Late cancellation
Within 24 hours of a confirmed job, cancelling costs one hour at your pro’s rate, plus the booking fee on that hour. The hour goes to your pro for the time they held for you.
When a pro cancels
You are never charged when your pro cancels or does not respond in time, and the hold on your card is released.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling follows the same 24-hour rule and sends the new time back to your pro to confirm.
