What we believe
- Pros should keep what they charge. Customers pay our fee; it never comes out of a pro’s rate or tips.
- You should pay for work that is done. Tasks are charged after you approve the invoice; projects are paid from escrow, one milestone at a time.
- Numbers on this site are counted, not invented. Ratings come from paid bookings only, and a figure we cannot measure is not shown.
