What you pay for
Pros on HandyMan charge by the hour, with a one-hour minimum, and bill in 15-minute steps after that. A standard mount on drywall is usually done inside the first hour; brick, stone and fireplaces take longer because they need masonry anchors and more care.

How to keep it down
Buy the mount before the visit and check it is rated for your screen’s weight and VESA pattern. Clear the wall and the path to it. If you want cables hidden, confirm there is an outlet behind the TV location — adding one is electrical work, priced separately.
